The Burlon family

Builders by history, hoteliers by passion.

Grandfather Marino and grandmother Elsa bought the land where the hotel stands today from the Venturini family in 1968. Marino had always been a builder and, together with his wife and children Ronald and Daniela, he ran a successful and solid family business.

Over the years, the land changed from agricultural to hotel development, and that’s when my grandfather had the idea: to build a hotel. It was his son Ronald who made this dream come true. With his experience and passion, he created a modern, environmentally friendly structure, using only quality materials and working with local companies trusted by the family.

When the hotel was ready, Ronald’s son John decided to get involved personally and run it. With the help of his parents, his brother Robert—when his studies allow—and his aunt Daniela, who handles the administrative side, the Burlon family’s adventure in the world of hospitality began. The interiors bear the signature of Pia, John’s mother, who chose the materials, furnishings, and design details. Her desire was simple and sincere: to create a warm, welcoming environment faithful to the territory, where guests could immediately feel at ease. Every corner has been designed with care and love. It is precisely this love that gave rise to the name Be Place: “being in the right place,” in what the grandfather affectionately calls “a little gem.”

The hotel opened in January 2020 and today the Burlon family, together with its young team, works every day to ensure that guests staying at Be Place feel at home: welcomed, pampered, and immersed in an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.
